Bataan 3rd District Congresswoman Gila Garcia, Dinalupihan Mayor Tong Santos, and PhilMech Director III Joel Dator led the distribution of 66 units of agricultural machinery worth P69 million to 40 qualified Farmers’ Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) and Local Government Units (LGUs) in Bataan under the Rice Competitiveness and Enhancement Fund (RCEF) Mechanization Program last November 6, 2024 at the Municipality of Dinalupihan.



Included in the distributed machinery are 4-wheel tractors, TO disc plow, levee maker, precision seeder, rice combine harvester, single pass rice mill, and multi-pass rice mill, 1.5tph.

From 2019 to 2024, the RCEF Mechanization Program had allocated 372 units of various rice machinery and equipment worth P377.87 million to 168 FCAs and LGUs in the province of Bataan.
